A DREAM BECOMES A REALITY

The 'Balgara' Musical Carousel was conceived and developed in Australia by George Rotenstein, a trained watchmaker with an interest in mechanics and the production of beautiful jewellery.

With the assistance of his team of experts and over two years of research and development, the completion of the 'Balgara' carousel became a reality.

The 'Balgara' Musical Carousel is the combined result of a team of specialised craftsmen: skilled jewellers, a designer, an expert engineer, highly experienced silversmiths, an electronic expert, a skilled artist, a multi-talented technician and the services of a top quality precious metal casting company.

CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION

The carousel itself features authentic designs, electronic controlled lighting and high quality mechanisms. Materials used include sterling silver, 18ct gold, Australian opals, gem stones, optical quality hand cut crystal and a wooden floor.

The roof, horses, sleigh, gondola and all outside ornamentation are made of sterling silver and 18ct gold.
